England Honors Attorney Fellowship: U.S. EPA

U.S. EPA New England Honors Attorney Fellowship: The U. S. Environmental Protection Agency’s New England Office seeks applications for its Honors Attorney Fellowship only from:

* law students at accredited law schools or joint degree programs completing their degree work in the 2009/2010 academic year, and
* current judicial clerks recently graduated from accredited law schools.

The Fellowship begins in September, 2010, and the Fellow is expected to commit to a two-year term. A new Fellow will be hired each year—thus two Fellows serve concurrently. Applications must be submitted via regular or express mail, or email and must be postmarked no later than October 9, 2009.

The Fellowship provides a unique opportunity to practice law in a major governmental environmental organization, and to receive extensive training in and exposure to environmental law and policy work in the public sector.
